About the role
Working as part of the estates and services maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing planned, reactive maintenance, repairs and minor installations to mechanical services on our residential and academic University sites , across a range of buildings, services, plant and equipment ensuring service levels are maintained.
About you (requirements)
You will hold a recognised trade apprenticeship in a mechanical (Plumbing ) discipline and relevant City and Guilds/ NVQ qualification, together with significant recent experience of working in a maintenance environment. You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and possess good IT skills. Effective communication to all stakeholders and working as part of a team is essential to the role.
