Managing a small team of Recruitment Coordinators, you will develop and deliver the recruitment strategy for all areas of the organisation. As Business Partner you will work in partnership with Managers and HR colleagues to provide a professional, effective and efficient resourcing support service recruiting vacancies in line with business demands. With a collaborative working style, you will be an experienced In-House Recruiter from a commercial background. With experience of developing effective, tailored resourcing plans and attraction strategies you will be confident using applicant tracking systems whilst producing insightful MI. Overseeing the popular graduate / under graduate schemes will be a key focus of the role along with running successful apprenticeship programmes.
